Health and Hygiene: Help us maintain a healthy environment by exclusively using sheets and towels for human use. Deposit Requirement: To guarantee compliance with these regulations, we request a refundable deposit of $100. This deposit is returned at the end of your visit after our cleaning staff completes their report. Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of $25 per pet is applicable for your stay. Safety Responsibility: It is entirely the responsibility of pet owners to watch over the safety and well-being of their animals, considering the presence of other wildlife within Chocó 701 La Reserva. Please be mindful that other animals reside in the area, and their natural habitat should be respected.
